Ingredients:
- 7g grams dried yeast
- 1kg wheat flour
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 spoons milk
- 1 spoon salt
- 1 spoon sugar
Method:
Heat the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 50°C. Next, knead the flour, milk, water, yeast, salt and sugar until smooth. Put into the heated oven which has been switched off. When the dough has risen, knead it once more and form baguettes around 30-cm long, place them on a greased pan and bake at about 220oC for 30 minutes.Recipes
